Номер 1.

How are you? I'm so excited about my new house and I can't wait for you to come and see it.

It's in a quiet street opposite the park and it's near my new school. It's very big with a huge garden and a garage. It's got a large living room, a modern kitchen and two bedrooms. My favourite room is my bedroom. It's got a large bed, a desk with my computer on it and a huge wardrobe. I've got posters of my favourite bands on the walls.

Next Sunday is my birthday party. Do come.

We use question marks (?) at the end of questions.
We use a comma (,) to separate a list of items. We use an exclamation mark (!) at the end of sentences that express strong feelings.

Thank you for your email about your house! It sounds great. My house is in the countryside. We have a big house. There is a lake in front of our house, where we often swim and fish. To the right of our house is a garden with beautiful flowers. My house has a kitchen-living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a children's room, and a library.

My favorite room is the library. It's small but very cozy. I often spend time there reading books.
